Alex Kessinger

Dance has always flowed through Alex Kessinger’s veins. Raised in Southern California, she started her wonderful journey with dance at the age of four at her mother’s dance studio, West Coast School of the Arts. Alex started working as a child actor and dancer at the age of 6, where she had the opportunity to be a part of numerous commercials, print work and even danced with Martin Short in Disney’s Santa Claus 3. Dancing has given Alex many unique opportunities to participate in various competitions where she has won many awards and National Titles. After winning a national title in 2011, she got to travel to Australia to represent the United States where she won the gold. After her competitive dance career, she furthered her education at Chapman University, where she was one of few that was awarded a talent scholarship to go along with her scholastic one. Alex graduated Cum Laude from Chapman University in 2016 with a BFA in Dance Performance and a minor in Theater Technology.

Currently, she is signed with MSA Talent Agency. Some of her achievements have been dancing with Jojo Siwa, assisting on national commercials with Michael Rooney, television shows such as the newest hit tv show “GLOW” with Marguerite Derricks, a digital backup dancer in Paula Abdul’s tour “Straight Up Paula”, choreographing for the Rams Cheerleaders, and dancing in and choreographing for music videos. Alex’s most recent dance achievement was becoming a full-time faculty member on The Dance Xperience Convention, choreographing for an east coast Dance Competition called Edge, and still pursuing the “starving artist’s” dream!

Eswinn Diaz

Eswinn Diaz is a Los Angeles Born and raised individual that had a passion for the arts at a very young age. He started taking dance classes in middle and High school where he realized he wanted to pursue dance professionally. Right after high school, he landed his first big job as a dancer working for Entertainment at the Walt Disney Company in Parades. The company led him to many opportunities from parades; “Mickey’s soundsational parade” “A Christmas Fantasy” and “Mickey’s Halloween parade” and shows like “Fantasmic” and “Mickey and the Magical Map”.  He also worked at Knott’s Berry Farm in Multiple Halloween Events, and shows like; “Party in the Park” “Hang Time Beach blanket Beagle” “Home for the Holidays” just to name a few. Eswinn has also been a Dance coach at his former high school and recently started teaching at Downey Dance Center. He worked for “SHARP International Cheer and Dance company.” He was also a backup dancer for “David Bedingfield” and was also cast in a Halloween show as a backup dancer for “Elvira Mistress of the Dark.” Currently Eswinn is an NFL Pro Dancer LA Rams Cheerleader. His passion for the arts, experiences, hard work, drive, and dedication has pushed Eswinn to be successful and reach his goals. Showcasing his talent and love for dance, Eswinn continues to lift and inspire people around the world.

Brittni Sinift

Brittni Sinift is originally from Vacaville, Ca. She has been dancing since she could walk! Growing up she studied ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, tap, and musical theater. She was a founding member of the “Vacaville Ballet Company” and performed in many Principal roles. She also was a company member for “Dance Direction” which won many National titles. While dedicating most of her time studying dance Brittni was also working as a professional Model in San Francisco. She was represented by top talent/model agencies at the age of five doing what she loves best, dancing.

Growing up Brittni did print work for national and international magazines as well as a runway for brands including GAP and Esprit. With these opportunities, Brittni became a member of the “Screen Actors Guild” (SAG) and remains a member today. In high school, Brittni was awarded a scholarship to study at the “Joffrey Ballet School” in NYC. While studying there she also attended master classes at Broadway Dance Center.

Brittni went on to get her B.A. in Dance at UC Irvine along with a certification in Classical Pilates. While in college, Brittni joined the “Walt Disney Company” and has been dancing and performing with the company for 17 years. Within that time she has traveled the world! She has been on a national tour with “Disney Live” Productions and lived in China performing at “Hong Kong Disneyland”. For 10 years Brittni also choreographed/performed for Disney’s annual charity production “Flashback”. She continues to perform in many shows at multiple theme parks that include Disney, Knott’s & Universal. She added Stilt Performer to her repertoire at “Universal Studios Hollywood” 6 years ago and became a member of the “American Guild-Variety Artist” (AGVA).

Brittni has been teaching dance since High School to all ages (ages 2-80+). Brittni loves to share her passion along with technique in Dance and Pilates. She hopes not to just instill good direction and discipline to technique but also passion and love for the art form.

Juliane Westbrook

Juliane Westbrook is a Southern California-based dance instructor, artistic director, and choreographer. Juliane’s passion began while training at Belinda’s Dance Studio in Downey California. She has been dancing since the age of three and has received multiple awards and scholarships from various competitions. At the age of 6 in 1992, she competed on Star Search in a dance group called “Too Cute for You”, going on to win the title of Junior Dance Champions. The group went on to perform at NBA basketball games and TV shows. At age 18, Juliane pursued her dream to become a parade performer at the Disneyland Resort. For 13 years she performed in various shows including Disney’s Electrical Parade, Parade of the Stars, Block Party Bash, Parade of Dreams, A Christmas Fantasy Parade, and Fantasmic. Because of her experience working in the parade department, Juliane also choreographed a charity show called “Flashback” at the Disneyland Resort from 2005-2014 where she has won numerous awards including best choreography. Through her many years of experience at the Disneyland Resort, Juliane found her love for teaching kids and has been teaching at Downey Dance Center for the past 14 years. Over the past 9 years, she has been able to judge for Kids Artistic Review and Rainbow National Dance Competition where she’s been able to travel the country. Juliane’s passion in life is not only dancing but bringing the joy and excitement of performing to others in hopes of inspiring kids to follow their dreams in the performing arts.

Eric Ray Ortega

Eric Ray Ortega is an LA-born and raised performer. His love for dance and the arts started at the age of 8 performing in school musicals and shows throughout his schooling. What fueled his passion for dance and performing was his high school show called “Rock Challenge” which was a dance competition showcase with schools throughout Southern California which was performed in LA’s Wadsworth theater at UCLA. This was a huge turning point in his life which showed him a glimpse of what the performing world was like.  He’s also choreographed for schools in Southern California from elementary through college. He also takes pride in choreographing for quinceañeras and sweet 16th birthdays. His passion for performing took his career to the Walt Disney Company where he’s been for the past 20 plus years. He’s auditioned for cruise lines and world tours. His career has led to dancer roles, character roles, and puppeteer roles at the resort. He has also choreographed for a charity show called “Flashback” and won an award for best choreography. This company has opened many doors as a performer from parades that include Eureka! The classic Electrical Parade, Block Party Bash! Pixar play, A Christmas Fantasy, and Mickey’s soundsational parade to name a few. He has also performed in two highly successful shows including Fantasmic and Mickey and the Magical Map. Eric had the unique opportunity to perform in special events for the 50th anniversary, including a fun event with the Governor at the time, Arnold Schwarzenegger. He still continues to make magic at the happiest place on earth and loves to delight, uplift, and inspire people of all ages.

Kaycee Rice

At the age of 10 Kaycee became an overnight sensation after Katy Perry, RuPaul and Shangela tweeted her “Werk” hip hop solo. Kaycee quickly became known as the first viral kid dancer on YouTube. She was featured in YouTube rewind 2013, appeared on news stations across the US and was featured in numerous articles. Kaycee’s career was launched!

Since then, Kaycee has performed on the biggest stages in the world; the Superbowl with Katy Perry and Missy Elliot, the Oscars with Pharell Williams, and the hit series World of Dance with her dance partner Sean Lew. She has also shared the stage with many top artists including: Janet Jackson, Justin Bieber, Flo Rida, Charli XCX and many more. Kaycee has also been featured on Americas Got Talent, The Ellen Show (many times), Hip Hop Honors, Radio Disney Music Awards, and MTV series Going Off, just to name a few. Kaycee has been in national commercials, and was the lead actress in Disney’s short film “How To Catch A Ghost”. Additionally, Kaycee was the first kid dancer to be sponsored by Nike, and at the age of 14 she designed her very own Nike shoe!

Kaycee continues to train in dance and acting. She is lucky enough to be mentored by the best the industry has to offer, while teaching her own workshops in the process. Kaycee has branched out into choreography and was honored to be able to choreograph for K-Pop groups including Red Velvet “Really Bad Boy”

Most interesting is brand. She is a self-proclaimed Kaycee “Weirdo”. She loves to spread her message of kindness, individuality, and positivity to everyone. In her words, “Being a Weirdo doesn’t mean your Weird, it just means that you embrace the fact that you are different, and that it’s ok to be you”.

In 2020 Kaycee became a certified personal trainer holding a NASM certification. Kaycee has filled herself with knowledge of nutrition and wellness.

Kaycee has accomplished more than most at the age of 18, but people that know herare aware that she has so much more ahead of her. Yet the best thing about Kaycee is that even after designing her own Nike shoe, partnered with many brands, having a successful Weirdo Apparel clothing line, and a massive social following on many platforms, Kaycee remains humble as ever. Anyone that has the opportunity to work with her, recognizes right away, she is just a super individual that loves life and loves people.

Kaycee will continue to be Kaycee, an individual, a Weirdo, and a super talent. She just does what she loves and the world loves her for it.

Haley Fitzgerald

Haley Fitzgerald is a radiant and energetic personality, which shows through her video content and dancing. Her YouTube vlogs feature everyday life, from her dance career to fun tries, makeup tutorials and everything in between. As a professional commercial dancer, she’s worked with well-known artists like Jennifer Lopez and Nick Jonas and toured with Derek and Julianne Hough on Move Live On Tour, all while encouraging her followers fearlessly express themselves. She’s currently on tour with JLO.
